On the touchpad:

1. Press  then 2
2. Login as Administrator
3. Place finger on the fingerprint sensor to Add Owner or 2 to Add Visitor

On the touchpad:

1. Press then 3
2. Login as Administrator
3. Press 1 to Delete All Owners or 0 to Delete All Visitors

You can delete individual users in the SECURAM Smart app. 

On the touchpad:

1. Press then 6
2. Press 6 to adjust volume  (High / Low / Off)
3. Press ✔ to set

The SECURAM Touch uses 2x CR123A batteries to operate. 

1. First slide the battery cover off. 
2. Remove the dead CR123A batteries.
3. Insert 2 new CR123A batteries and slide the cover back on. 

The SECURAM Touch will say, “Welcome!” if the batteries are installed properly. 

On the touchpad:

1. Press  then 8
2. Login as Administrator
3. The SECURAM logo on the touchpad will flash blue, indicating it is ready to pair. 
4. Follow the pair process in the SECURAM Smart app.

• On the touchpad, press any button except (when unlocked)
• In the SECURAM app, tap lock icon on home screen or device page

• On the touchpad:
  • Enter code
  • Scan fingerprint
  • Use key
• In the SECURAM app, tap unlock then enter a valid code (includes one time access code)

On the touchpad:

1. Press then 0

• Depending on the system status it will be Armed or Disarmed.
• When arming the system, you will be prompted to login as administrator.

On the internal assembly:

• Set the Visitor Button to:
  • Green – allow visitors
  • Red – restrict visitors

1. Use thumb turn to lock and unlock 2 times
2. A double beep indicates the calibration is successful

To test the calibration is correct, unlock and then press any number on the touchpad. It should lock in the correct direction. 

1. Slide the battery cover off and lift the metal latch that secures the internal assembly on the mounting plate. 
2. Gently pull the internal assembly away from the mounting plate, leaving the white cable still connected.
3. On the back, rotate the sensor labeled R outward, revealing the red reset button.
4. Press and hold the reset button until the lock reports: “Reset to factory default.”

Performing a factory reset will delete all user fingerprints and codes. The default administrator code will be reset to 1 2 3 4 5 6.

1. Slide the battery cover off and lift the metal latch that secures the internal assembly on the mounting plate. 
2. Gently pull the internal assembly away from the mounting plate, leaving the white cable still connected.
3. On the back, rotate the sensor labeled R outward, revealing the red reset button.
4. Tap the reset button once. The lock will beep twice, indicating a successful sync.
