QUICK START GUIDE
Enroll New User
On the entrypad:
- Press Menu/OK then 1
- Login as Administrator or Manager
- Enroll your 1st finger print, by placing it on the sensor. Enroll a 2nd fingerprint or press the Back button to skip fingerprint enrollment.
- The screen will prompt Set code? To skip code enrollment, press Back, to enroll a code press Menu/OK.
- If setting a code, enter new code (6 digits) then repeat new code to enroll new user.
Delete User
On the entrypad:
- Press Menu/OK then 2
- Login as Administrator or Manager
- Press ▼ to select the user and press Menu/OK
- Press Menu/OK to confirm deletion
You can delete individual users in the SECURAM Smart app.
Pair Phone
On the entrypad:
- Press Menu/OK then Menu/OK again
- Login as Administrator or Manager
- Press ▼ to find “Pair Phone” and press Menu/OK
- Follow the pair process in the SECURAM Smart app.
Change Battery
The Prologic Smart safe lock uses a 9V to operate.
- Locate the SureLock battery compartment at the 5 o’clock position of the entrypad.
- Release the latch of the battery compartment by pulling the lever downward.
- Pull out the battery compartment and remove the spent 9V battery.
- Install a new 9V battery into the compartment. (The compartment will only receive the battery when the positive and negative terminals are oriented correctly.
- Put the battery compartment back in to the entrypad. Push the latch of the compartment up until it snaps closed.
Unlock
On the entrypad:
- Enter your code followed by Menu/OK.
- Example: 1 2 3 4 5 6 -> Menu/OK
- To mask your code, you can enter up to 9 digits – your 6-digit code plus up to 3 additional digits.
- Enter 3-4-1-2-3-4-5-6-7, wher e the 2 masking digits before your code (3-4) and the single masking digit after your code (7) are concealing or masking your actual code.
- If you enter less than 9 digits, you must always press the Menu/OK button to send the code to the lock.
- Note: the additional 3 masking digits can be added before and/or after your code.
- Enter 3-4-1-2-3-4-5-6-7, where the 2 masking digits before your code (3-4) and the single masking digit after your code (7) are concealing or masking your actual code.
- If you enter less than 9 digits, you must always press the Menu/OK button to send the code to the lock.
- Note: the additional 3 masking digits can be added before and/or after your code.
- In the SECURAM app, tap unlock then enter valid code (includes one time access code)
Lock
The ProLogic Smart Safe Lock automatically re-locks after 6 seconds.
