IMPORTANT: The RGA # is required in order to purchase your warranty product. If you do not have an RGA #, please call us at 805-988-8088.

To receive your replacement, choose your warranty product from the dropdown menu and proceed to place an order by adding the product to your cart. Warranty products are 50% off the list price.

A full refund will be given when the defective units are returned to SECURAM Systems. Please do not remove any stickers or damage the warranty seal date sticker. If the warranty is damaged, we will void the return, the warranty will not be honored, and a refund will not be given.
