“Fail to verify” is a message that is received when the fingerprint scanner cannot read your fingerprint. The SECURAM logo will be red. Wait for the SECURAM logo to go to standby and try again with an enrolled fingerprint.
If auto update is enabled for App store or Google Play store, the app will update automatically. Otherwise, you will need to check App Store or Google Play store and follow the instructions to update the app.
Standing at lock, complete the following procedure: Launch the SECURAM app On the device main page, click the gear icon Click “more” Click “firmware update” The app will show firmware update progress and this could take 2~3 minutes. Please remain on this page until update is complete.
