Error Code: 40, Cannot connect lock with the Touchpad
Solution: Please check the wire connection between interior assembly and Touchpad. Then try again in the app. If problem persists, press the reset button once on the internal assembly to repair the connection.
To access reset button:
1. Move visitor switch to green
2. Push visitor switch in to release battery cover
3. Pull up on the latch and pull the interior assembly off of mounting plate. (be careful when doing this step as internal assembly is still connected to the keypad via cable)
4. Rotate the right sensor out to reveal reset button
