I have installed the door magnet, but the lock doesn’t auto-lock when closed. Why?

Check the app setting to see if Auto-Lock is set to “Manual”. Change it to one of the other selections.

If lock still does not auto-lock, check the distance between door magnet and door sensor. Make sure the distance in between is less than 1/2 inch.
