I have installed the lock, but the deadbolt locks when I try to unlock. Operation is reversed. How can I fix this?

1. Move visitor switch to green.
2. Press visitor switch in to pop the battery cover off.
3. Remove the batteries. 
4. Reinstall batteries. 
5. Turn the thumbturn to lock and unlock the door 3 times. This calibrates the locking mechanism.  This must be done within 5 seconds of installing the batteries.
