If the touchpad is disabled as a result of entering 5 or more incorrect codes, can I still open the lock?

If 5 or more invalid codes are entered, the touchpad will become disabled for 3 minutes. However, the lock can still be unlocked during this period using a fingerprint or by using the app. If an Admin or Owner’s fingerprint is used to unlock, the touchpad will become enabled again.
