If auto update is enabled for App store or Google Play store, the app will update automatically. Otherwise, you will need to check App Store or Google Play store and follow the instructions to update the app.
After a factory reset, please delete the lock from the app and add it again.
Check to make sure that the Visitor Button on the interior assembly is also set to green. This visitor button overrides the app setting.
App updates can sometimes be delayed due to internet and communication to Smart Hub.
Notifications will continue to be sent unless you log out of the app manually.
If the system detects no communication with the server for 10 minutes, it logs out automatically and requires re-login.
Exit and close the app and then relaunch it.
A. On iOS, go to the App Store and search SECURAM. B. On Android, go to the Play Store and search SECURAM.
