“Fail to verify” is a message that is received when the fingerprint scanner cannot read your fingerprint. The SECURAM logo will be red. Wait for the SECURAM logo to go to standby and try again with an enrolled fingerprint.
If 5 or more invalid codes are entered, the touchpad will become disabled for 3 minutes. However, the lock can still be unlocked during this period using a fingerprint or by using the app. If an Admin or Owner’s fingerprint is used to unlock, the touchpad will become enabled again.
