I did not close the door completely, it tried to auto lock. Now the bolt is partially extended. With the door completely closed, auto lock does not work. How do I fix this?

In my app I have set to “Allow Visitors” but visitors can still not unlock the lock, why?

Check to make sure that the Visitor Button on the interior assembly is also set to green. This visitor button overrides the app setting.
