This indicates that the app cannot communicate with the lock. Check to make sure your phone is connected to the internet.
If the system detects no communication with the server for 10 minutes, it logs out automatically and requires re-login.
If 5 or more invalid codes are entered, the touchpad will become disabled for 3 minutes. However, the lock can still be unlocked during this period using a fingerprint or by using the app. If an Admin or Owner’s fingerprint is used to unlock, the touchpad will become enabled again.
The Touchpad and the interior assembly have not been paired successfully.
