How Can We Help?
Why can’t I connect to my Smart Hub?
If you are having trouble pairing your Smart Hub to your network, UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) may be disabled on your Wi-Fi router. Newer Wi-Fi routers will have this enabled by default.
To enable UPnP, you will need to change the configuration of your router.
1. Login to your router’s IP address. (ex: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, etc) If you don’t know the IP address of your router, try a web search of the manufacturer. (ex: what’s my ASUS ip address?)
2. Find and enable UPnP usually found under Wireless or WAN settings.
3. After UPnP has been enabled on your router, try and pair the Smart Hub again.
