SECURAM EOS Smart Door Lock

December 29, 2021 - Las Vegas, NV – SECURAM Systems, Inc., best known for its commercial security solutions and smart home products, will be honored at CES 2022 for the newest addition to its smart home fleet - the SECURAM EOS. An entry-level product with premier-level security and features, the EOS is ideal for those looking for a simple, effective solution to home security.

The Smart Home Division of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) chose the home security system as the winner of its Mark of Excellence Award under the Security Product of the Year: Residential Access Control & Intrusion category. SECURAM is familiar with the CES landscape, having won the Innovation Award in the Smart Home Category in 2020 for EOS’s “older sibling,” the SECURAM Touch. Similar to the SECURAM Touch, the SECURAM EOS allows you to easily unlock your home by using the brand’s proprietary touch-to-open technology.

The EOS picks up where Touch left off, offering a competitive price and top of the line Wi-Fi communication without the requirement of a hub. There is no need to convert the command signals from the app from Wi-Fi to Bluetooth. The internal Wi-Fi chip requires minimal energy and operates quickly. The smart deadbolt is securely attached to the door and can be controlled remotely from the SECURAM Guard app. The remote connectivity is protected through AES 128-bit encryption. SECURAM adds an additional layer of security via a unique one-time code encryption algorithm. An added highlight is the compatibility with both Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

Chunlei Zhou, the CEO of SECURAM Systems, Inc. said, “We are honored to be recognized with such a prestigious award at CES. This home security division is very important to the future of our company, and I feel this win cements our place in the home security industry overall. We cannot wait to introduce our full home security suite to CES, and the world, next week.”

The SECURAM EOS retails for $269 but is currently selling for $169 at Jeremy Brookes, SECURAM’s Director of Sales, said “We pride ourselves on creating products that allow you to keep the most valuable things in your world safe. We also strive to be at the forefront of security technology, and with EOS, we think we’ve found the perfect balance of lightweight, simple, and secure.”
